Hi Friends,
When anxiety threatens to overwhelm us, God is still in control. He was not taken by surprise by anything going on in the world today. We can give Him our burdens and trust that He loves us. Now is a wonderful time to offer positive faith-filled messages to a world in chaos. (Of course, when hasn't the world had chaos?) Some of my favorite quotes come from Corrie Ten Boon. Here's one I'd offer you today. “Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God.” If you'd like to know more about Corrie Ten Boon, here's a link. While all the staying at home is going on, I'm leaving my 4-book Southern Hearts eBook Series at 99 cents, if you need something to read. Click here. Amazon Another newly started place for reading discounts (and more) is 1531 Entertainment. Of course, God's Word is the best place to find comfort. I love listening to the Word on BibleGateway.com or the YouVersion Bible app. Psalm 121 I will lift up my eyes to the hills-- From whence comes my help? 2 My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. 3 He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. 4 Behold, He who keeps Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. 6 The sun shall not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. 7 The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. 8 The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in From this time forth, and even forevermore. Blessings in Him, Janet Let me know if I can say a specific prayer for you or yours.
